Why I Rec This Fic: Lot of Future Fic for Media with kid protas is very depressing, and I understand that, how can someone who saw all this wonders conect with the restrictions of our ordinary words? but I am a person who needs to work on being positive because i get sad and numb so easy, so i prefere the fics that explore people finding their own kind of magic, finding their way through this worlds (and change what hurts them)

Of course, every creature in the sea knew Mary Poppins, and they were pleased to have the honor of delivering Bert's messages.

Why I Rec This Fic: I just want happy things for Winifried, and who doesn´t?

She couldn’t possibly be one of them, she thinks, because that would mean being like Mary Poppins. And she wasn’t anything like Mary Poppins.
But still, she shows up at Mary Poppins’ door in the early hours of the morning—when all the house is asleep, but she. And she knocks. And Mary Poppins opens the door—properly dressed for the day, and prim and poised.
“Good morning, Mrs. Banks,” Mary Poppins says.
Winifred’s mind is reeling, and all she manages to blurt is—
“I want you to teach me.”

Why I Rec This Fic: I love the focus on female characters being awesome, i love the “magic“ that is hope, and kindness and working together,
