Oooh, I haven't seen Bandidas, but I am very familiar with this song, and from this vid it seems like a perfect match! Loved watching these two women stand up to oppression. Loved that we saw them in masks for the first (?) time in the vid to the lyrics "yes it was me". Loved the lid on the box of gold slamming to the beat in the song.

watching woman fight against opression is one of my fav (fanvid) watching expierince (specific in a winning way, I get enough depression shit in real live i want to see them sucess and get a happy ending). the movie is quite fun, i watched it because revolutiongirlshati made a festivid for it 2013 and it was just lovely. the movie is mostly fun (with a unfortune love triangle with the most boring dude) but there is this political aspect in a way that always makes me think of the mask of zorro (which i wanted to vid too but i only have it on video cassett and cant find on the internet)

yes! to the mask thing, i through it was clever and a bit funny, and yes! to the box of gold, thats a moment i am very proud of
(another one, that is in context:"collect your horse" the poor girl Maria lose at Tick Tac Toe against her horse, the rich one Sara wins at chess against her dad - chess is something easily associated with scheming "villians"/rich people/politicans, and I have a little bit of focus on Sara owning up her responsiblity in this video, which the movie doesnt really do with much words but i like to think it is still there.
